Obama to keynote 8th clean energy 'summit' in Las Vegas

President Barack Obama will headline, but the future of rooftop solar electricity could be the key topic during an annual green power conference hosted by U.S. Sen. Harry Reid on Monday at a Las Vegas Strip resort. The conference comes with solar companies and advocates in Nevada battling electricity provider NV Energy over the amount of electricity it will buy back from rooftop generation systems.
