Officials Say Industrial Cleaner Reached Storm Lake

The Iowa Department of Natural Resources says a pump failure caused a small amount of fluid from the Tyson Foods Inc. plant to reach a storm sewer that flows into the lake. The cleaner, which was supposed to reach the plant's wastewater system, covered a 40-foot by 200-foot area.
