Used for shop floor measurement of shafts and turned parts up to 40 mm dia x 250 mm long, fully automatic MarShaft™ SCOPE 250 features Max Permissible Error (MPE) of <1.5 microns + L/40 for diameter and 3 microns + L/125 for length. Hi-Res CMOS matrix camera with 4 million pixels has live image field of view of 40 x 24 mm, Z-axis positioning speeds reach 200 mm/sec, and image acquisition rate is >120 images/sec. Zoom functions allow measurement of such small details as chamfers and radii.
