Tasks You will be responsible for Installing, patching, upgrading and maintaining our Oracle Installations Oracle DB monitoring and performance tuning Main interface for technical questions regarding databases and their infrastructures Creation of procedures and user manuals Qualifications Ideally you have two years or more of experience as an Oracle Database Administrator. You are a proactive, independent problem solver yet also a great team player passionate about space fluent in English written spoken Have knowledge of one or more of the following technologies Oracle Database Systems 10g andor 12g Decent SQL and PLSQL skills SQLPLUS Scripting Oracle Enterprise Manager Command Line Interface CLI Data Normalisation Data Modelling Knowledge of Database Data Dictionaries Data Replication and Oracle RMAN Linux knowledge including shell scripting You thrive on solving complex tasks in a challenging environment and enjoy supporting your team colleagues.
