With VPS Software, pallet patterns can be changed in real-time without stopping production. Patterns are built with graphical user interface in PC and users input package sizes and number of cases on pallet. Software then displays cases on screen, allowing user to arrange them as necessary and assign pallet to start that pattern. Integrating with all major WMS and routing software, VPS provides web-based, real-time video viewing and remote monitoring.
