The songwriter will launch his 2016 run at the New Orleans Jazz Festival and arrive at the Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall on May 25, making it a busy week for the venue: soul sensation Leon Bridges will headline on Saturday, May 28. Simon's fresh dates will come alongside a new album, "Stranger to Stranger," his follow-up to "So Beautiful or So What." For those wishing Simon would rejoin old partner Art Garfunkel again, that seems unlikely: in recent interviews, Garfunkel has been critical of Simon leaving their group behind.
