Paula Findlay can't stop training and neither should you

Rain or shine, above or negative zero, Paula Findlay trains and she encourages the everyday athlete to do it too. The Canadian Olympian and triathlete is coming back from a knee injury and is training in Boulder, Colorado in preparation for the Rio 2016 Olympics in August.
