Pavilion to acquire Tanzania stake from Ophir Energy

Pavilion Energy is set to acquire a 20% stake in blocks 1, 3 and 4 in the Ruvuma and Mafia Deep basins area offshore of Tanzania from Ophir Energy, in a deal worth $1.29bn.
