Aerial photos capture the dramatic scene after a passenger train derailed in Northern California, sending the first car plunging into a cold creek. A mudslide and trees on the tracks led to the Monday night derailment in Niles Canyon, Union Pacific Railroad spokesman Francisco J. Castillo told ABC News, adding that crews were still at the scene Tuesday morning removing the mud from the tracks.
