Available in 16 different models, PAL-BX/ACID Series measures sugar and acidity level in fruit juices, milk, beer, yogurt, sake, or vinegar. Devices measure total acidity in sample and convert it into citric, tartaric, malic, acetic, or lactic acid concentrations, depending on unit. Unlike traditional titration method, PAL-BX/ACID Series requires no reagent. Measuring 55 x 31 x 109 mm, IP65-rated refractometers feature backlit screen and measurement time of 3 seconds.
