Livermore police and firefighters grabbed a woman who was hovering over a bridge 30 feet above the Union Pacific Railroad tracks Friday before she could jump or fall from her perch outside a protective fence. Joe Testa, battalion chief of the Livermore-Pleasanton Fire Department, said police spotted the woman outside the chain link fence on the high point of the overpass on First and Scott streets.
