St. Lawrence County Sheriff's Department deputies charged Christopher L. Deshane, 38, of 614 Sissonville Road, Potsdam, and Kristina L. Simmons, 40, of 9 McKabe Road, Colton, with trespassing violations shortly after 7 p.m. Sunday after responding to a report that two individuals were in the Casella Waste scrap yard without permission. Deputies said Mr. Deshane and Ms.
