For Astrium in Heilbronn Lampoldshausen within the area Orbital Propulsion Systems Test for the department Orbital Propulsion Programs we are looking for a Program Manager for Orbital Propulsion SubSystems fm. Acquisition of orders for Satellite propulsion systems and components Analysis of customer specific requirements and documents for establishmentimplementation ofin proposal including Risk analysis Implementationmanagement of implementation of customer requirements in internal project processdocumentation Analysis, coordination and negotiation of work packages with associated departments costs, perimeter, schedule Acting as project responsible, full project responsibility for schedule, costs and quality Coordination and management of the project team engineering, quality, controlling, production, contract, planning, etc. Coordination of planning and performance of project reviews and project key milestones First point of contact for customer reporting, negotiation including claims management, etc. Project reporting progress reports, management reports, PAR reports, etc. We are looking for candidates with the following skills Engineering degree in Aerospace or similar with knowledge in Business Administration Experience in the aerospace industry desirable Good background in programme management, engineering and business administration Familiar with application implementation of modern programme management techniques Good interpersonal skills Team player and good communication skills Focus on achievement High level of commitment and responsibility for the task Ability to anticipate and solve problems Ability to provide leadership in interdisciplinary international teams Fluent written and spoken English negotiation level If you are interested in this position, please apply online via www.jobs.eads.com.
