Job description The Project Manager is responsible for the management and the realisation of onceonly projects whereby with a temporary team if necessary made up of persons of different departments and professional disciplines a concrete target is strived after within an agreed budget, time frame, quality and content. More in detail are you in charge of the Project definition Management and organisation of the project startup preparation and making of the necessary project plans, planning, communication, kickoff meetings Information gathering distribution Definition of the quality norms and control of these norms Negociate and assemble resources Budgetting Project planning overall Definition of the possible impact of proposed implementations andor project changes Organisation of and participation in reviews and project meetings Decision making in consultation with the team Progress tracking evaluation of the earned value Motivate Reportescalation process Management of project risks External representation of the project Coordination and daily management of his project teams tasks detail planning, followup, implementation, documentation Job experience We are looking for a Project Manager with 5 years experience in HWSW RD projects. Job competences You are good in English Dutch and French are an asset. You have a natural interest in SWHW engineering aspects. You have an aptitude for work, eager to widen your horizon, following new technological evolutions. You will be endtoend responsible for the given assignments, using your multilingual communication skills, for interacting within the project team members and customers.
