A proposal to install a 40-by-75 foot LED display wrapping around the corner of several floors of the former Kossman Building in downtown Pittsburgh has been rejected by the city planning commission. BOB MAYOS TELLS US WHY CHANGE WILL COME WITH OR WITHOUT THIS BIG SCREEN.
