Intended for use with high psi frac sand, resin-coated sand, and ceramic proppant, Genesis G40-12-PCR offers clamp force ranging from 2–40 tons within ± 2.5% deviation. Press features self-contained hydraulic system that can apply constant rate of 2,000 psi/min, 12 x 12 in. full guided hardened platens, and adjustable stop on plates for centering crush die. Operator interface combines Allen Bradley programmable controller, PanelView Touchscreen, and closed-loop control of clamp pressure.
