The Victoria City Council is expected to conduct the final vote on developing a railroad quiet zone along portions of John Stockbauer Drive. The ordinance also will reduce the speed from 45 mph to 40 mph from Loop 463 to 500 feet south of the Union Pacific Railroad or near U.S. Highway 59 Business.
