Diana Britton Less than a week after sister company American Realty Capital Properties (ARCP) announced a $23 million accounting error, Nicholas Schorschs RCS Capital Corp. (RCAP) said it has terminated its agreement to acquire non-traded REIT sponsor Cole Capital from ARCP. Last month, RCAP said it would purchase Cole from American Realty for $700 million. read more
