Regulators gather evidence on 'grandfathering' solar users

NV Energy and solar companies are due to send regulators arguments on whether to "grandfather" existing rooftop solar customers into older, lower rates. Existing solar customers have pleaded with regulators to allow them to keep the more favorable rates.
