Researchers try new 'twist' on smartwatches

If smartwatch development can be thought of in terms of dance crazes, the next phase might become the Twist. Researchers at Carnegie Mellon University have developed a prototype smartwatch that expands user interface possibilities with a tactile face that can be rotated.
