Providing 35 mm alignment field of view, Micra Rework System is designed for rework of smaller components, such as Chip Scale Packages, Package on Package, and Micro Passives (01005). Two-color LED illumination facilitates alignment of difficult components, while ergonomic zoom and focus control enables fast changeover between component types. With capacity for boards up to 12 x 14 in., Micra supports range of standard and custom tooling, such as RF shields and connectors.
