The man who saw SNC-Lavalin Group Inc. through the darkest days of its crisis is stepping down less than a month after the RCMP laid criminal fraud and corruption charges against the company. The Montreal-based engineering and construction firm announced Monday that Ian Bourne is resigning both as chairman and as a director effective immediately.
