Resprep® PPT3, 96-well polypropylene protein precipitation (PPT) plates offer >99% efficient protein removal. Built-in dual-layer membrane, with different porosities in each layer, prohibits clogging and accelerates filtration, while 24 hr minimum drip-free feature facilitates in-well protein precipitation without any backflushing or contamination. Compatible with common devices, 3-way versatility for filtration is offered via vacuum manifold, positive pressure manifold, and centrifugation.
