Samsung's VR headset said to hit shelves around the globe this year: sources

Samsung Electronics Co., the world's largest manufacturer of smartphones, is planning to roll out its first virtual reality headset within this year, industry sources said Thursday. In August, Samsung showcased the Samsung Gear RV, a headset that provides views that rotate 360 degrees in all directions, creating a life-like experience for users.
