Rhys Perkins, a 4-year-old Trussville, Ala., resident and garbage enthusiast, celebrated his birthday on April 8 with a trash-themed birthday party at Big Springs Park. At his party, he got to explore the inside of a Santek Waste Services’ garbage truck and honk the horn.   Read more here.
