ASTAPP, which stands for Advance Security Training and Personal Protection, has applied for a $15,000 building permit to the city-county Office of Construction Code Enforcement to build an indoor small arms range at 2999 Directors Row Drive in Memphis. The project involves building two walls "to contain small arms fire in an indoor range."
