Responsibilities Duties The Engineer will provide support to the TPZVD ICT Engineering Team in the delivery of ICT engineering services to multiple clients. The work shall include analysis of the requirements design, integration, validation and documentation of ICT solutions handover to operations level 3 support for incidents and problems Qualifications Experience A university degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent. At least 3 years experience as System andor Network Administrator. The successful candidate will have strong resultsoriented and planning capabilities, coupled with very good problemsolving skills and a pronounced customer focus. Applicants shall have excellent communication and negotiation skills, be able to work in a diverse team environment and accomplish goals in line with team objectives. ITIL qualifications at least at Foundation level. Essential Skills Great communication and problem solving skills. A sound understanding of IT infrastructure concepts and technology. An advancedlevel command of English and an ability to present output in a clear, concise and understandable way, both orally and in writing Proactive and confident personality. Desirable Skills Proficiency in German. Project Management qualifications Prince2, PMP.
