World soccer's governing agency re-elected its president Joseph Sepp Blatter Friday even as corruption allegations threatened to cripple the organization. Blatter's challenger to head the group, Ali bin al-Hussein, withdrew following the first round of balloting at a meeting in Zurich of the Federation Internationale de Football Association, or FIFA.
