Shopping center planned for Concord Chevron campus

The first new shopping center to be built here in several decades will replace the sprawling Chevron campus on Diamond Boulevard, adding to a bustling retail corridor. CenterCal Properties, a Southern California-based retail real estate development company, bought the property from Chevron in November.
