El Paso Times David Rojas, a student at Maxine Silva Health Magnet School clutches a computer after being chosen Youth of the Year at the annual Boys and Girls Club of El Paso Youth of the Year competition Saturday at the El Paso Electric Company headquarters building at 100 N. Stanton. Bryan Rojas, 10, of Mantana Vista, no relation, was chosen Junior Youth of the Year.
