A vacancy for a Simulation Software Development Engineer mf has arisen within Airbus Defence Space in Toulouse. The main mission of the department is to supply Functional Verification Infrastructure FVI to the teams responsible for satellite validation, either for the entire satellite or by subsystem Avionics Validation, AOCS Algorithm, Onboard Software, Platform, Payload. The test means are composed of various kinds of products according to needs and functions based on entirely digital or hybrid simulators with electrical interfaces to satellites. In particular, you will be in charge of the design, developmentintegrationvalidation of satellite equipment digital models. These models will be a part of a comprehensive simulator work process for internal users satellite validation and external customers operation simulator. Once you have acquired the necessary level of competence in the products and applications, you will also help to provide user support, analyse needs and develop technical solutions. Within this context, you will be in charge of the following main activities Technical analysis of equipment to be modelled, the definition of required new, functionsanomalies correction, Model specification, architecture, coding, and validation, Technical and operational documentation, Product deployment and user support, Technical assistant supervision. We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience Engineering degree or equivalent in IT, specialising in simulationmodelling, Initial experience or significant internship in simulationmodelling, Knowledge of CC, Eclipse and Java programming languages in Linux and Windows environments, Excellent interpersonal skills, Autonomous approach, Creativity, Advanced level of French English.
