Based on parallel kinematic actuator structure for 6 degrees of freedom, H-860KMAG is driven by non-contact PIMag voice-coil linear motors and guided by frictionless flexures. Lightweight struts, in combination with stiff zero-play flexure joints, contribute to capabilities that include 4g acceleration, 100 Hz (small signal) max operating frequencies, and 250 mm/sec max velocity. Uses include high dynamics motion and vibration simulations requiring smooth and quiet, high-speed motion.
