RHEA is currently recruiting a Software Architect to support a new Cyber Defence, based at our premises in NoordwijkLeiden, The Netherlands. Tasks and Activities Your primary tasks and activities may include Providing expertise in the area of software architecturedesign and complimenting or assisting with the requirements engineering process via the derivation of Low Level Requirements. Producing all necessary artefacts to support the software development process including Unified Modelling Language UML diagrams, use cases, sequence diagrams, and data flow diagrams. Note that will be achieved through strong collaboration with various stakeholders. Skills and Experience You must possess the following skills and experience Expert knowledge of design software and hardware architectures Ability to evaluate software design proposals for conformance to AgencyNATO standard architectures Robust knowledge of UML notation of use case diagrams, object models, packages and subsystems and interaction diagrams In depth knowledge of objectoriented concepts such as encapsulation, interfaces, associations, multiplicity, inheritance, aggregation, polymorphism and collections Demonstrated experience with capturing system behaviour in use cases and creating domain object models Experience with object oriented design at object, system and component level Experience with design patterns, knowledge of their purpose and when to apply them Experience with Use Case Tools such as Enterprise Architect and Significant enterprise deployment experience in complex heterogeneous environments Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal, are essential How to Apply Looking to take your career to the next level?
