Storm expected to have minimal affect on auto industry despite plant closings

Massive winterstorm Jonas, not only put a stop on traffic today from Arkansas to New England, it also halted the production of both GM and Toyota cars in Kentucky. According GM spokesman Dan Flores, told workers at its Bowling Green plant, not to come in yesterday following the first shift, while, Toyota spokesman Aaron Fowles said the Georgetown, KY, plant, was also shut down because of the storm.
