Integrating high- and low-side MOSFETs in 3 x 3 mm QFN-16 package, 4 A microBUCK® SiP12109 offers programmable switching frequencies up to 1.5 MHz and input voltage of 4.5–15 V. Device provides adjustable output voltage down to 0.6 V with ±1% accuracy. Current-mode constant on-time architecture delivers ultra-fast transient response with minimum output capacitance. Suited for point of load regulation and 5 and 12 V rails, IC targets network processors, DSPs, FPGAs, and distributed power systems.
