Supplied in DO-15 (DO-204AC) package, TP6KE Series protects sensitive electronic equipment from voltage transients induced by load dump and other transient voltage events. These AEC-Q101 qualified products, available as unidirectional and bidirectional polarity devices with 10–77 V standoff voltage range, provide 600 W peak pulse power dissipation, have operating junction temperature up to 175°C, and comply with IEC 61000-4-2 and IEC 61000-4-4 standards.
