Teaneck-based Cognizant buys digital marketer Cadient Group

Teaneck-based information technology company Cognizant Technology Solutions Corp. said Tuesday that it had bought Cadient Group, a full-service digital marketing agency in King of Prussia, Pa., in a deal that further strengthens Cognizant's digital marketing capabilities. As part of the deal, more than 100 digital specialists will join Cognizant's health-care and life sciences practice, according to a news release.
