For European Test Services, B.V ETS, a joint venture of IABG and a French partner company with statutory seat at ESTEC European Space Technology Centre in Noordwijk, the Netherlands, we are looking for an Technician Mechanical Test Team fm Responsibility Preventive maintenance of mechanical test facilities and auxiliary equipment, s. a. electro dynamic shakers, nitrogen plant, power amplifiers, cooling units, vaporizers, heat exchangers, hydraulic pump units Preparation, execution and reporting of vibration tests on component level Member of test team for complex test campaigns Setup of acoustic test chamber, mechanical test setup, setup of GN2 production plant Setup of shaker facilities, mechanical test setup, sensor instrumentation Operation of vibration control systems Operation of PLC systems of vibration and acoustic test facilities Your Profile Electronic technician Experience in maintenance and operation of mechanical test facilities Sensor instrumentation, e.g. accelerometers, strain gauges Ability to present technical solutions clearly to relevant personnel Ability to work in a professional and respectful manner Ability to work according to procedures and instructions in the frame of ETS quality management system Experience in data acquisition systems and vibration control is an asset Electrical background is also considered an asset Good knowledge of English Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools Knowledge of German, Dutch, and French would be an advantage We are sure to offer one of the most interesting and fascinating working places in Europe.
