Japans Tokyo Electric Power (Tepco) has secured an initial safety approval from the countrys Nuclear Regulation Authority (NRA) to restart two of seven 1,356MW capacity reactors at Kashiwazaki-Kariwa nuclear power plant situated in the Niigata Pref
