Serving as accessory to ETEL's torque motors, IMTHP Thermal Module provides absolute motor protection from overheating. While monitoring readings from 3 KTY thermistors, unit uses built-in algorithm to detect any steady increase in KTY sensor output. IMTHP provides corrected analog temperature signal, allowing precise and continuous monitoring of actual temperature in motor. It also outputs digital warning/error signal that can be used without complex data processing.
