Available in standard case sizes from 0402 to 1206, MC AT Professional Series Resistors combine high-temperature performance to +175°C with extended resistance range of 1 Ω to 1 MΩ, while Precision Series offers resistance values of 47 Ω to 1 MΩ with tolerances down to ±0.1%, and TCR down to ±10 ppm/K. AEC-Q200-qualified devices provide power rating of 400 mW at +85°C and +70°C, respectively, in 1206 case size, with operating voltages from 50–200 V and 2,000 V ESD capability.
