A global health care venture firm that specializes in biotech today launched a New York City-based incubator aimed at building startups in partnership with elite educational institutions. To manage the incubator, Highline Therapeutics, San Francisco-based Versant Ventures promoted native- New Yorker Carlo Rizzuto , who will be returning home after spending several years at the company's Basel, Switzerland location.
