Three takeaways on Rob Portman's stance on foreign trade, job creation

The current U.S. unemployment level is "really disappointing," U.S. Sen. Rob Portman said Friday, and addressing the problem will take job training, less red tape, and improved foreign trade. Portman made the remarks during an Ohio State University forum on business and innovation.
