The agent trying to sell the building housing Timaru's Dick Smith shop remains undaunted by the company's receivership. Timaru is home to one of Dick Smith's 62 New Zealand shops, and Reid Wilson real estate agent Peter Wilson said the Stafford St building in which the shop operated remained a "prime retail position".
