Michigan got good automotive news this week from Toyota, which is moving 250 purchasing jobs from Kentucky to its technical center near Ann Arbor -- even as the Japanese auto giant shifts its U.S. headquarters and 3,000 other jobs from southern California to Plano, Texas.
