Australian Broadcasting Corporation: SAMANTHA DONOVAN: The rising seas of the Torres Strait could make some islands uninhabitable in a few decades. To prepare for projected rises of 50 to 100 centimetres over the next century, the Torres Strait Regional Authority has developed a climate change strategy.
