Watsonville officials expect the business, tucked between a Grocery Outlet and several car dealerships, to bolster the city's tight finances with $30,000 to $40,000 in sales tax revenue annually. The store, which caters to rural and suburban lifestyles with merchandise ranging from clothing and tools to pet and livestock supplies, will feature 5,000 square feet of retail space inside and another 15,000 square feet outside.
