While much political attention in the United States has been focused on the merits of sweeping proposed free-trade agreements (FTAs) such as the Trans-Pacific Partnership (TPP) and the Transatlantic Trade & Investment Partnership (TTIP) with the European Union (EU), US textile and apparel executives report mixed results from deals already in place.
