New Jersey Transit says the Hudson-Bergen light rail line will resume regular weekday service at 9 a.m. after it was suspended overnight because of icing on overhead lines. Many North Jersey schools are operating on delayed opening schedules today, including in Fair Lawn, Wallington, Lodi, Emerson, Paramus, South Hackensack, Bogota, Garfield and Hasbrouck Heights.
