Trucking industry fights back against state tolls

The Rhode Island Trucking Association is fighting back after Gov. Gina Raimondo announced last week her plan to have large commercial trucks pay tolls when passing through the state. The governor said the tolls will pay for a $700 million revenue bond to fix bad bridges in the state.
